First Timers

We do. During the class, the Athlete will shout instructions for people of all abilities. We have 3 levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. However, in the class you go at your own pace. Of course we encourage you to work hard but the amount of effort exerted is completely up to the individual.

In RIP, it's just you and the bag; we have big 70kg boxing bags hanging from the roof. In Ride, we have the latest Stages Indoor Cycling bikes and hand weights.

Training at Vortex

If pregnant, we'd suggest to get advice from a doctor before training at the studio.


Indoor cycling classes help you shed fat, improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout as well as your upper body. By the end of class, you’ll have a steady stream of feel-good brain chemicals called endorphins. 


Boxing is a great workout because it thoroughly engages the entire body and the mind! After multiple session, you will likely see improvements in muscle tone (without bulking), lower stress levels, enhanced cardiovascular endurance, improved coordination and self-confidence, core strength, bone and ligament strength, lower body fat percentage + so much more!
