Q.Why Vortex?
I believe it’s where I’m supposed to be in this part of my journey. Wonderful people. Place for growth. The lifestyle that vortex is branding fits my purpose as an athlete
Q.What’s your class really like? 
My class is focused on that mind, body and spiritual connection. Applying discipline towards breaking our mental and physical limits. We have fun and push ourselves by staying focused on our purpose and goal in class, We all showed up for a reason. Now find that purpose!
Q. Why choose boxing?
I love that it’s a full body cardio that also builds strength when done with a purpose. Great for focusing and building stamina. Great for protecting yourself. Great stress reliever because you get to leave it all on the bag no matter what type of day you’ve had. Boxing is for any age all health backgrounds. 
Q. A quote to live by?

Q. For what in your life are you most grateful?
That everyday I get the chance to live and grow in my purpose. Helping people through health and wellness for that confidence whether it be in our outside of fitness. I’m grateful that what I love can benefit everyone else  
Q. What motivates you in the mornings? 
My family and the people God has allowed me to encounter. I want to show myself and others that it’s possible, whatever you want is possible, just do not quit because life gets hard. You have to put in that consistent, disciplined, and faith led work. The fact that I get the opportunity to wake up every morning with my health makes me want to keep pushing. 
Q. What songs do like to play in class?
I am a fan of all music if it speaks to me. Music is an emotion. So with every class I switch it up because I want a certain emotion for the members.
